Tom Weber

“Everyone said it couldn't be done, then someone came along who didn't know that and just did it.”

That's how I started my professional life, by “doing.” From the family start-up to medium-sized companies, large corporations, creative agencies, and innovative scale-ups and start-ups. Always efficiently trained, accepting and implementing new ideas. Always looking ahead, beyond the horizon, and accompanied by creative and unique people from diverse cultures who made success possible as a team. Philosophy

Tom & People

Results and success are achieved through good teamwork. Recognizing and facilitating human personalities to work together in diverse teams, focused on goals and efficiency, is the key to motivating success. Teams define themselves across the entire chain of success. They start within the company and extend to supply chains, supporters, decision-makers, and even customers. If there is mutual understanding and cooperation according to existing rules, success is the inevitable consequence. Individual team members achieve results – the team achieves success. Within this human team structure, I am able to fill various positions, from support to strategist to leading team moderation. Flexible changes protect against the formation of the often-described “corporate blinders,” the limited perspective from one's own established position, and maintain my objectivity across boundaries. In short, my philosophy is the person in the team and their ability to contribute impulses for success – Tom & People.
